Number 89: Duran Duran - All Along The Water
Sales-wise, 1990's Liberty album was a big flop. But it contained some good songs. Specifically, "My Antarctica" and the song I have at #89, "All Along The Water". Duran Duran would rebound with their next LP, 1993's The Wedding Album, and Liberty would slowly fade from the public's consciousness. Never released as a single (A&R men chose the overrated "Serious" instead), "All Along The Water" still rocks today.

ReplyDeleteThe piano break from "my Antarctica " and guitar driven " first impression "give me joy.
ReplyDelete"My Antarctica" is a great song. It's not on this Top 200, but its great.
